This page is here as a statement of intent. What this project is about is bringing Thief 2 Gold to reality. When Looking Glass Studios shut it's doors many years ago, they were working on Thief 2 Gold - which was to be similar to Thief 1 Gold, in that it was the same game but with some polish and some new missions. Unfortunately, this project never saw the light of day. Recently, the early drafts of some of these missions have come to light, and we, the fans, have decided to finish what LGS started.

We have gathered together notes and information regarding the missions that would have been in T2G, such as Emil Paguliaro's journal, and intend to create them as close to the original Looking Glass vision as possible. We want to keep everything close to canon and make a four-mission pack that really feels like a part of Thief 2 and honours the memory of Looking Glass Studios. This is no small task, and if you'd like to help, drop us a line at the Join Us page, or pop over to the forum to chat about the project.

As work is completed, we will be updating the Progress bar at the bottom of the screen, so everyone can see how near completion we are. If you want to know about specific missions, head over to the Missions page.
