Unzip "b20.avi" into the "movies" subdirectory of your Thief directory.  I did not attach this briefing to the mission .zip file because I was extremely disappointed with the quality and did not have the motivation or patience to do it all over again.  But with a little imagination, these briefing avi's can help set the mood.
