"The Seven Shades of Mercury"

Patch v1.1 - Released 23 May 2009


This patch file contains several changes including a major bug fix which was found in the v1.0 release.  It does NOT bring your mission ZIP to full v1.1 level but it is the PRIMARY change included in the v1.1 full ZIP.  The only other changes in the full ZIP are fixed book texts which had formatting issues.


Changes in this patch:
 - Fixed primary bug which made the biggest secret area inaccessible.
 - Made a few gameplay tweaks and preventative changes to make the spell scrolls more useful.

 
Installation:
 - Uninstall the mission through Darkloader.
 - Extract the miss19.mis and hammera.gam files from this archive somewhere.
 - Drag the extracted miss19.mis and hammera.gam files onto the primary v1.0 mission archive (7SoM_v10.zip).  Your default ZIP file application (which might be Windows) should update the miss19.mis file in the ZIP.
 - Now install the mission through Darkloader.

Since you have updated the ZIP itself, the updated .mis and .gam files should always be installed from now on whenever you install the mission.
Alternatively, you can redownload either of the v1.1 ZIP files, which also contain other minor changes from the v1.0 release.
