Description:

Well, I've moved to a new part of town, one that has many households vulnerable and ripe for the picking.  Nothing new here...  Just take what I can and get back to my room.  There's a wealthy nobleman here named Raphael that is supposed to be the wealthiest in this section of town.  Wouldn't hurt to pay him a visit as well.
